Frequently asked questions.

How do I get started?

If you are interested in services, please schedule a free 15 minute phone call with Dr. Noeder to determine if she is the right provider for you. Once you have completed your phone call, you can schedule a 60 minute telehealth intake session with Dr. Noeder to discuss your concerns, your questions, and your goals. Dr. Noeder will work with you to develop a treatment plan. After your intake, you can schedule ongoing weekly, biweekly, or monthly therapy sessions to fit your needs.

What are your rates?

15 minute initial phone call: free

60 minute telehealth intake session: $230

50 minute telehealth ongoing therapy sessions: $200

Do you take insurance?

Insurance is not accepted at this time, however, many families qualify for reimbursement from their insurance company. Payment for sessions is made via credit card, debit card, or FSA/ESA. Dr. Noeder is considered an out-of-network provider and information will be provided after your session so that you can pursue insurance reimbursement directly.

Reimbursement claims can be filed online for most insurance companies and Dr. Noeder can provide you with a reimbursement guide at your request. Most insurance companies that provide out-of-network benefits reimburse between 50-80% of session costs.

Before your visit, consider calling your insurance company and asking the following questions about your out-of-network benefits:

  • Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits? If so, what portion of my cost will be covered?

  • Do I have an out-of-network deductible and, if so, how much of my out-of-network deductible has been met this year?

  • Do I need a referral from an in-network provider to see someone out-of-network?

  • How do I submit claim forms for reimbursement?

Are services available in-person or through telehealth?

In-person therapy is not available at this time. All intake and therapy sessions are telehealth and are conducted via our HIPAA-compliant video platform. Telehealth therapy offers a number of advantages:

  1. Telehealth is flexible. You can log into your session from home, from work, from school, or from vacation (as long as you are within a PsyPact state).

  2. Telehealth keeps you engaged in your life. Because you don’t have to drive to an office for your appointment, you can take less time off from work or school.

  3. Telehealth allows you to connect while in your comfort zone. It can be hard to talk about your concerns in a strange, new place. Many people (particularly kids and teenagers) find it easier to be open in a space that is familiar, safe, and comfortable. Feel free to get cozy on the couch with your dog or relax in your backyard during your session.
